Services offered on our website surgentmena.com<\/a> (including the printed textbooks) are available for delivery to addresses in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Region for the following countries: Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Algeria, the Palestinian Territories (West Bank and Gaza), Libya, Morocco, Tunisia and Yemen. Any shipments outside of Jordan are available at Any time.<\/p>

The printed textbooks will be delivered to address register with the company or the one defined on Surgent MENA\u2019s website at the moment of the purchase.<\/p>

Delivery Time <\/strong><\/p>

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.<\/p>

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Surgent MENA makes every effort to fulfill and ship your printed textbooks within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Sunday to Thursday, except holidays.<\/p>

Please note we do not ship on [Friday].<\/p>

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.<\/p>

Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/p>

Surgent MENA will only bear the shipping costs which should be paid to the carrier. Nevertheless, you should pay any additional costs include but not limited to custom duties and taxes.<\/p>

Change Address<\/strong><\/p>

Once the printed textbooks have been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.<\/p>

Delivery Information<\/strong><\/p>

If you fill in the wrong delivery data, it might cause delay or a missed delivery.<\/p>

If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor; our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details.<\/p>

If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our carrier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception or within the building.<\/p>

Damaged Orders<\/strong><\/p>

Before signing the receipt of the delivery, you are responsible to check whether your printed textbooks in good condition. If your printed textbooks are damaged when you receive them, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at training@surgentmena.com<\/a>. Once you accept the order, you can not return the printed textbooks<\/p>

Questions<\/strong><\/p>

If you missed a delivery and in the event that no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you whether your printed textbooks have been left in a safe place, such as a neighbor, or if you need to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery time.<\/p>

If the estimated delivery date showed in your dispatch email has passed and you have not received your printed textbooks, please contact Surgent MENA Customer Service. We will investigate with the carrier and strive to deliver your printed textbooks as soon as possible. We may require you to complete a missing shipment declaration.<\/p>

Tracking Order<\/strong><\/p>

For carrier deliveries you can track the status of your order at any time via the online Order Status on the Account page you can view the current status of your order, view the items ordered, see estimated dispatch and delivery times, once your order leaves for shipping, our courier will send you a text message. This will include your tracking number and a link to the tracking or pickup store information. Our courier will also send you a text on the day of delivery, depending on your selected delivery method, country and carrier.<\/p>
